Rock Harbor Property Owners Association (RHPOA) is having a special vote on 50-year covenants that expire at the end of the month of March 2020.These are the lots that are affected by the change:
FILING THREE (Revised)
Lots 98 through 121: 403 through 521 Skyline Drive
Lots 125 through 148: 301 through 503 Onyx Drive
Lots 207 through 274: 2904 through 3108 Ridgecrest Drive
305 through 312: Skyline Drive
2802 through 3105: Rock Wood Drive
If you are a property owner on these streets: Onyx, Ridgecrest, Rock Wood or Skyline, your input is needed whether or not to extend these covenants and restrictions to the lots. (The other phases do not expire.)
Allowing the lapse of the covenant could result in a decrease in property value, as well as no guide to ensure and enforce basic neighborhood standards. This will affect not just the listed streets, but all of Rock Harbor.
Ballots are being sent to the affected areas of Rock Harbor. Votes will be counted in two ways: mailed or cast in person.
Send your ballot in the U.S. mail in the provided envelope. It must be received by Friday, March 13, to be counted.
To vote in person, bring your ballot to the Pavilion at Rock Harbor Park on Saturday, March 14, between the hours of 10 a.m. and 3 p.m.
All ballots must be signed by at least one property owner to be considered valid.
